My Project Experience

Corporate Events Workshops Webinars Trade Show Planning
I have planned and executed many Corporate Events, Workshops, and Trade Shows including:
Corporate Events
Long Beach, CA - Themed Blue's Brothers event aboard the Queen Mary for 300 guests with a technical workshop preceding a seated dinner event. For entertainment, I hired a Blue's Brothers look-alike comedy act and a great local band. Bus transportation was included from another venue to and from the Queen Mary. Spouses of workshop attendees were treated to a separate event during the workshop to a Ghost Tour on the Queen Mary.
"Big events, with big teams and bigger budgets, can be a nightmare to coordinate, but not for Ann" - Travis, Creative Manager
New Orleans, LA - Themed Mardi Gras event with a Brass Band customer parade from the technical workshop preceding the seated dinner event. The focus was on a rebranding of the company by New Orleans Funeral in which we buried the old company name and introduced the newly branded company. The event was complete with Mardi Gras decor, a brass band celebration after announcing the new company name.
Chicago, IL - Museum of Science and Industry themed dinner event with entertainment, a workshop and spouse event. Guests were treated to a tour of the Museum, followed by the dinner event for 250 guests. It was a perfect venue for a company with an industry focus.
"This was one event of many managed by Ann – a true example of her talents, coordination, work ethic and
commitment to delivering the best." - Jerry, Project Manager
New Orleans, LA - A Warehouse location that was perfect for a themed event of the Prohibition Era in the 1920's. This event for 300 guests was complete with door bouncers that required a password for entry, a fan dance performance, a great dance band and all the decor that reflected on the prohibition era. As special event included a Police Raid where they arrested a predetermined guest, handcuffed them and took them off to jail for a short while. Also, a hit was a casino area where guests enjoyed the tables and vied for a Biggest Winner, Biggest Loser award.
Washington, DC - A grand event at The Willard Hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue "Residence of the Presidents". This grand hotel was the venue of choice for a 250+ technical workshop and themed customer dinner "Taste of the America" where we featured decor buffet stations and various cuisines from other cultures.
New Orleans, LA - Club 44 adjacent to the New Orleans Superdome was a venue of choice for a Mardi Gras themed event following a technical workshop. The venue was complete with mardi gras decor.
